Entry is free for visitors under 19 years old. A reserved entry time is mandatory for everyone, including Museum Card holders. Entry is free for visitors up to and including 18 years old. The museum galleries are fully accessible for wheelchairs and mobility scooters; the lift in the Philips Wing is too small for large mobility scooters. Wheelchairs, rollators, prams, walking sticks and collapsible stools are available to borrow at the information desk. Guide dogs are welcome in the museum. Backpacks and large bags are not allowed; in case of medical necessity, a label can be obtained at the information desk. Accessible toilets with a lowered sink are available.
