Open Boat Tour - Departure from Damrak

The boats are not wheelchair accessible: boarding involves three steps and many docks can only be reached by stairs. On very hot days (around 30°C) or during an official heat wave, children under 4 years old and elderly people in poor health are not permitted on board. Reservations are not required but are recommended due to limited capacity. The boat tour is guided by the skipper, with commentary in English and Dutch. A stroller can only be brought on board if there is space, and the aisle must remain clear. Dogs are generally not allowed on board. Food and drinks are not available on board; snacks, beverages and souvenirs can be purchased at the shop before boarding.

Cancel at least 24 hours before departure and you'll receive a full refund. Cancel within 24 hours of departure and no refund will be issued. For groups of 10 people or more, different cancellation terms apply: cancel at least 7 days in advance for a full refund, 3 to 6 days in advance for 50 percent, and less than 3 days in advance for no refund.
