If you cancel up to 24 hours before departure, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel within 24 hours before departure, no refund will be issued. For bookings of 10 people or more, different terms apply: cancellation up to 7 days before departure results in a full refund, cancellation 3 to 6 days before departure results in a 50% refund, and cancellation less than 3 days before departure results in no refund.
